Thanksgiving

We went and had dinner with the family down in Hastings...It was Courtneys first time and she did great.....Both girls loved their turkey dinner, it was first time eating turkey and stuffing for both of them....they had fun playing with everyone.

Well on Thursday they said we will see the doctor hopefully after Thanksgiving.....I hope so, the sooner she gets them the stronger she can get....

Both girls have been doing great....Courtney is eating more big girl food and less baby food, she is doing better with the chunks too....Crystal talks up a storm around here, she loves to say ya when you ask her something and she has learned to say whats that? not sure where from though...She will also bring you stuff if you ask....Courtney can say ma ma, da da, up, and ya....she is learning so fast too.

What a eventful day

It started out with Crystal getting hurt and giving mommy a scare....she thought it would be funny to stand on the chair(the one time i didnt buckle her) and reach for the table and down she went...she somehow landed on all four, no blood thank god...I did notice a small burise and sore on the back of her neck..not sure if it is falling, could be though....other than that she was back to playing a little while later....

Both refused naps in the house today so it been a long day, they were happy when we went to toys r us and watched barney though. Courtney was working on her crawling again...she is so close....we had her standing and she let go....she sure does trust us to catch her or hold her up.

Other than that we are good...got PT tomo so hopefully I will have news about that.

they learn quick

Courtney has been learning some new words, yes she can talk up and over her trach....such a big girl...she can say mommy, daddy, up, and almost book..she has the b sound down though. She is still working on crawling but she is so close...she is now up to 7 hours with no vent..way to go little one...thursday hopefully we will talk with the foot doctor and she might also get a special walker too, which means she might be walking by the time daddy comes home

Crystal says ya alot, and it is plain as day...it is so cute when she says it...she has her bottom and top molars now..I think that puts her ahead of her sister in teeth once again...she also has been trying to dress herself, she can get the shirt over her head but cant figure out those arms.

Daddy will be home for Christmas but wont be all done with his training till mid Febuary....but least we get him home for least three weeks...the girls will be so happy..I am trying to find them the perfect outfit to wear when we pick him up, it not easy...lol
